General Information

Pre-Scheduled Appointment

Seller BBTF 2023

Before login PSA menu, please make sure that you have:

- - Settled your registration fees.
  - Completed your Fascia Name, Delegates name, and Promotion Tools.

PSA sessions are divided into two periods:

- Period 1: 16-20 May 2023, Confirmation: 21 Mei 2023

- Period 2: 23-27 May 2023, Confimation: 28 May 2023
- All seller will be have the total of appointment is 34 Appointment
- The number of the appointments will be lock on the system PSA: 29 appointment
- The remaining 5 appointments will be matched during Sellers Meet Buyers session (15 June 2023)

Travex (Travel Exchange) Offline on 16th & 17 June 2023:

- - Appointment duration: 15 minutes
- - Standby time: 10 minutes
- - 1 x Daily Lunch break (1 hour) + 1 x Daily Coffee break (15 minutes)

PSA can be made by FULL DELEGATE ONLY PSA instructions :

1. Login to BBTF website (https://bbtf.co.id) > Input your Full Delegate Whatsapp number > Request Token > Input Token

2. Click “PSA” menu on left side

3. View the list for ONLINE and OFFLINE buyers and you may use the filter to search by category or company name .

4. Click “Make Appointment” button to view the buyer profile.

NOTE:

CANCEL : To back and see another buyer list
SEND REQUEST: send an appointment request to selected buyer.

5. Successful Appointment request form, the status will be change from “make appointment to Requested”

6. Check the list buyer of your appointment request program by clicking the “PSA Requested” button.

7. Check the list of the buyer appointment request by clicking the “Waiting Confirmation” button.

8. Click the “Result” button to check the outcome of your PSA session.

PSA result status details :
CONFIRM: your appointment request has been received and confirmed by the selected buyer
REJECT: your appointment request has been received and rejected by the selected buyer
NOT MATCHED: your appointment request has been received by the selected buyer but there is no availability.

Every incoming appointment request is sent to registered email address and Mobile Phone/WhatsApp number

- Click the “View Appointment” link to check requests delivered to Mobile Phone/WhatsApp number

Click the Buyer Name or logo to see buyer profile > please select approve or reject on the appointment .

VIRTUAL TRAVEX

How to do Virtual TRAVEX Virtual Travex session base on appointment > Check the PSA result PSA Online Confirmation

To attend the Virtual TRAVEX, please log in through our website by Whatsapp number and click on the “Virtual ROOM” menu.

Only Full Delegates accounts can access the Virtual Room.
When entering the Virtual Room please ensure that
Your webcam, microphone and speaker are working properly.
Your browser allows access to the webcam and microphone.

Please click “Allow” to grant access to your camera and microphone
