BBTF event is organized by ASITA BALI Chapter, the event will be held at the Bali International Convention Centre (BICC), Nusa Dua, Bali for B2B session

BBTF 2026 Trade Buyer Profile:

All registrants as below must undergo accreditation before confirmation as a Trade Buyer Participants:
•⁠ ⁠Tour Operators
•⁠ ⁠Travel Agencies
•⁠ ⁠Event Organizers
•⁠ ⁠Wedding Organizers
•⁠ ⁠Multinational Corporation

BBTF 2026 Trade Buyer Term and Conditions :
•⁠ ⁠Local Tour Operators/Travel Agents
•⁠ ⁠Domestic & Overseas must be Offline Tour Operators/Travel Agents and show up name card upon registration.

How to register :
•⁠ ⁠Register on Website
•⁠ ⁠Registration on site during TRAVEX: 29th - 30th May 2026

Registration Fee :

• An Administration fee for Trade Buyer is IDR 2.000.000/person on 2 day (29th and 30th May 2026)
• An Administration fee for Trade Buyer is IDR 1.000.000/person on 1 day (30th May 2026)

WITHOUT Lunch, Inclusive of :
•⁠ ⁠Admission to TRAVEX on 29th and 30th May or 30th May 2026
•⁠ ⁠Access to onsite appointment depends on Exhibitors availability time

Dress Code: All Trade Buyers must wear business attire during BBTF event at the Bali International Convention Centre (BICC), Nusa Dua, Bali
