Media Eligibility
Media accreditation is open to active editorial representatives from reputable national and international travel, tourism, business and lifestyle publications, including:
- Editors
- Journalists
- Reporters
- Photographers and videographers on editorial assignment
- Other authorised editorial representatives of recognised print, broadcast and digital media organisations.
Note: Registration does not automatically guarantee accreditation. All applications will be reviewed and verified by the BBTF Media Committee before confirmation is issued.
Media Registration
Online media registration opens in January 2027.
Only media representatives who have received official accreditation confirmation will be recognised as BBTF 2027 Media Participants.
Accredited Media Access
Subject to the official event program and access arrangements, accredited media may receive:
- Admission to designated BBTF and TRAVEX areas, 9–11 June 2027
- Access to the Opening Ceremony on 9 June 2027
- Access to official press conferences and designated media activities
- Relevant BBTF 2027 media releases, event updates and information.
*Media access may be restricted during private meetings, closed B2B appointments and invitation-only sessions.
Media Participation
Accredited media are expected to:
- Wear their official BBTF media badge while inside the event venue
- Follow the event schedule, access guidelines and instructions of the Media Committee
- Maintain professional and responsible editorial conduct throughout the event
- Respect the privacy of delegates and obtain permission where required for interviews, photography or filming.
Dress Code
Business or professional attire is required for all accredited media attending BBTF 2027 activities at the Bali International Convention Center, Nusa Dua.
