Bali & Beyond Travel Fair (BBTF) advises all Buyers, Sellers, Trade Buyer, and Partners, to be cautious of unsolicited communications from third parties claiming to represent, partner with, or provide services on behalf of BBTF.
These may include offers to sell participant databases, provide directory listings, arrange hotel bookings, or request payment for event-related services.
BBTF does not authorize any third party to use its name, logo, event information, or participant data without official approval. Any official announcement, service, or appointment will be communicated only through BBTF’s official channels.
When in doubt, please verify directly with the BBTF Secretariat before responding, signing any document, sharing company information, or making payment.
The BBTF participant database is confidential. BBTF does not sell or distribute Buyers, Sellers, Trade Buyer, and Partners to unauthorized parties.
Any offer to purchase BBTF contact lists should be treated with caution, as such data may be inaccurate, unauthorized, or fraudulent.
Official business matching and appointment information is managed directly by BBTF through approved event systems and is used strictly for legitimate event purposes.
Participants may receive offers from companies promoting online directories, fair guides, international exhibition catalogues, or similar listing services.
Such communications may appear official and may include forms resembling organizer-issued catalogue or directory documents. Signing these forms may result in binding payment obligations or long-term agreements.
BBTF is not affiliated with any directory or fair guide provider unless formally announced through BBTF’s official communication channels. Participants are advised to verify any such offer with the BBTF Secretariat before signing or returning any document.
Please be aware of unofficial hotel booking agencies that may contact BBTF participants claiming to represent the event or act as an appointed accommodation partner.
Some agencies may request advance payment, impose unclear cancellation terms, or fail to secure the promised reservation. Participants are encouraged to arrange travel and accommodation only through trusted suppliers or official information provided by BBTF.

If you receive suspicious emails, phone calls, messages, invoices, forms, or offers claiming to be related to BBTF, please verify with us before taking further action.
