Event and Organizer

The BBTF is Indonesia’s Leading International Travel and Tourism Fair that is organized by the ASITA BALI Region. BBTF in 2026 will be implemented in an offline system, the event will be held in Bali International Convention Centre (BICC) for the B2B session.

BBTF 2026 Buyer’s Profile:

All registrants must undergo accreditation before confirmation as Buyer Participants:

•          Tour Operators

•          Travel Agencies

•          Event Organizers

•          Wedding Organizer

•          Multinational Corporation

Registration :

•          An administrative fee is applied for Offline Buyers.

Buyer Privileges :

•          Entry to 2 days Luncheon during TRAVEX on 29 May & 30 May 2026.

•          Complimentary return airport transfer to an official hotels at stipulated timing.

•          Complimentary daily shuttles to/from an official hotels, venue and an official functions.

•          Complimentary  accommodation (Room & Breakfast) valid for one (1) person in one(1) company :

o          International Buyer (Long-haul) from 27 May – 31 May 2026 (4 nights)

o          International Buyer (Short-haul) and Domestic Buyer from 28 May – 31 May 2026 (3 nights)

•          Airline ticket will be accounted on personal account.

Buyer Mandatory:

•          An administrative fee of IDR. 1,500,000.00 (Indonesian Currency) for International Buyer (Long-haul & Short-haul). Payment by credit card will be added a surcharge 4 % (mastercard & visa logo only).

•          An administrative fee of IDR. 1,000,000.00 (Indonesian Currency) for Domestic Buyer. Payment by credit card will be added a surcharge 4 % (mastercard & visa logo only).

•          Participating the Pre Scheduled Appointment (PSA) on one (1) month prior to event to accomplish a minimum of 34 appointments on two (2) days TRAVEX.

•          Attending Welcoming Dinner on 28th May 2026.

CANCELLATION:

* NON REFUNDABLE administrative fee IDR. 1,500,000.- for International Buyer (Long-haul & Short-haul) applied 3 months before the event and for NO SHOW BUYER

* NON REFUNDABLE administrative fee IDR. 1,000,000.- for Domestic Buyer applied 3 months before the event and for NO SHOW BUYER.

Force Majeure

In the case of conditions such as natural disasters, riots, pandemics, etc. – that cannot be avoided or overcome by all parties but are not limited to acts of God, war, government regulation, interests of the government, disaster, fires, strike, riot, embargo, battle, national disaster, civil disturbance or other similar causes beyond the capabilities or the threat of the parties, so it is not recommended, illegal, or impossible to conduct or organize the event;

The Committee is eligible to re-schedule or cancel the event due to the force majeure caused as stated above.

Dress Code

All Buyers must wear business attire.
