BUYER TERMS & CONDITIONS

11^th BBTF 11^th– 13^th June 2025

Event and Organizer

BBTF event is organized by Association of the Indonesia Tours & Travel Agencies (ASITA) BALI
Chapter which will be held in Bali International Convention Centre (BICC), for a B2B session. BBTF
in 2025 will still be implemented in a hybrid (online and offline system).

BBTF 2025 Buyer’s Profile:

All registrants must undergo accreditation before confirmation as a Buyer Participants

Buyer Privileges :

Entry to 2 days Luncheon during OFFLINE TRAVEX on 12 June & 13 June 2025
Complimentary return airport transfer to official hotels at stipulated timing
Complimentary daily shuttles to/from official hotels, venue and official functions
Complimentary accommodation (Room & Breakfast) valid for one (1) person in one (1) company:
- International Buyer from 10 June – 14 June 2025 (4 nights)
- Domestic Buyer from 11 June – 14 June 2025 (3 nights)
Buyers who are arranging his/her own hotel/accommodation and DO NOT require official hotel/accommodation from BBTF should inform the Committee soon after registration. If Buyers arrange his/her own hotel/accommodation, automatically the Committee of BBTF will not provide transportation.
During the event of BBTF buyers are not permitted to move to other hotel without informing the
Committee priorly. Failure to informing BBTF Committee, it may cause your participation for next year BBTF will be considered.
Airline ticket will be on participant’s personal account

Buyer Mandatory:

An administrative fee of IDR. 1,500,000.00 (Indonesian Currency) for Offline buyer Payment by credit card will be added a surcharge of 4 % (Mastercard & visa logo only)
Participating in all activities during BBTF 2025 event :
Attending BBTF-Talkshow on 11 June 2025
Participating the Pre Scheduled Appointment (PSA) on one (1) month prior to event to accomplish a
minimum of 34 appointments on two (2) days TRAVEX

CANCELLATION:
• NON REFUNDABLE administrative fee IDR. 1,500,000.- for Buyer applied 3 months prior to event
• NON REFUNDABLE administrative fee IDR. 1,500,000.- for Buyer applied for NO SHOW BUYER

Force Majeure
In the case of conditions such as natural disasters, riots, pandemics, etc. – that cannot be avoided or overcome by all parties but are not limited to acts of God, war, government regulation, interests of the government, disaster, fires, strike, riot, embargo, battle, national disaster, civil disturbance or other similar causes beyond the capabilities or the threat of the parties, so it is not recommended, illegal, or impossible to conduct or organize the event;

The Committee is eligible to re-schedule or cancel the event due to the force majeure caused as stated above

Dress Code

All Buyers must wear business attire during BBTF event at BICC Nusa Dua, Bali

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions as provided in the “Bali & Beyond Travel Fair 2025 – Buyer Terms & Conditions” as above and I agree to all of them.
