The Giantic ancient crater Lake Toba in the Tip North of Sumatra Island is one of the natural extraordinary wonder of the world. This is the largest lake in Southeast Asia and one of the deepest lakes in the world occupying the caldera of a supervolcano – the size of Singapore in its centre, about 1,145km2 with depth of 505m or 1,657ft – a bit more like an ocean.
