Bali has always been the jewel of Indonesia’s landmark – from art, culture, and lifestyle to the wellness, balance and spirituality. From Bali to the further eastern islands, we share the beauty of magnificent nature. At BBTF 2023, we are delighted to highlight a perfect getaway for the adventurers and paradise seekers, the islands of East Nusa Tenggara.
Start from Labuan Bajo, a famous village on the westernmost tip of the Island of Flores in eastern Indonesia. Originally this peaceful port was only a small fishing site, but flourished to become the gateway to many exotic island explorations – trips across the nearby Komodo national Park and Rinca island – the home to the famous Komodo dragon is one of the main reason people travel here. From Labuan Bajo, the speedboats or yachts are available to rent – with beautiful natural charm and fantastic marine life –snorkeling and diving destinations for all, waterfalls trekking facilities and many diverse beaches are worth to explore.
The extraordinary experience would be encountering the Komodo Dragons or locally called Ora at natural superb national park.
The Komodo National Park was listed as UNESCO’s World Heritage Site in 1991. Both on land and underwater, it is home to fascinating wildlife. The park consists of Komodo Island, Rinca Island, Padar Island, and numerous smaller islands around plus the unbeatable scenic views of the spectacular sunset sky.
For the adventurers the best exploration would be taking at the liveaboard experience, where you get to live onboard the spectacular phinisi boats for several days, visit gorgeous islands and dive into the stunning wonders of the sea. Continue with early morning sunrise trekking on the Padar Island, rolling hills and rugged volcanic mountains. 360° sea view from the top of the hill, boasts its striking view.
“The town of Labuan Bajo is a launching pad for the amazing islands nearby. The best time to visit this magnificent holiday destination is from June to September as temperatures during this period would be just right for a great vacation. The most popular option to fly is via Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali. We are here to serve more” said I Putu Winastra, the Head Committee of BBTF 2023 and the Chairman of ASITA Bali Chapter to note the commitment to promote priority destination of Indonesia.
So much to explore and do. BBTF 2023 this year is about Quality and Sustainable Tourism on BtoB session. Business at Labuan Bajo should come and join us at this biggest trade show in Indonesia.
