Event and Organizer
- BBTF event is organized by ASITA BALI Chapter which will be held in Bali International Convention Centre (BICC), for a B2B session.
BBTF 2024 Buyer’s Profile:
All registrants must undergo accreditation before confirmation as a Buyer Participants

Online Buyer
Online Buyer Mandatory :
- Complete all Online Appointment Schedule during two (2) full days programs
Offline Buyer Privileges
Offline Buyers received:
- Entry to 2 days Luncheon and Talkshow/Tourism Seminar
- Complimentary return airport transfer to official hotels at stipulated timing
- Complimentary daily shuttles to/from official hotels, venue and official functions
- Complimentary single occupancy accommodation (Room & Breakfast)
- International Buyer from 11 June – 15 June 2024 (4 nights)
- Domestic Buyer from 12 June – 15 June 2024 (3 nights)
Offline Buyer Mandatory:
- An administrative fee of IDR. 1,500,000.00 (Indonesian Currency) for Offline buyer Payment by credit card will added a surcharge 4 % (Mastercard & visa logo only)
- Participating in the Pre Scheduled Appointment (PSA) on one (1) month prior to event to accomplish a minimum of 34 appointments on two (2) days TRAVEX
Dress Code
- All Buyers must wear business attire during BBTF event at BICC Nusa Dua, Bali
