BUYER TERMS & CONDITIONS

12^th BBTF 28^th– 30^th May 2026

Event and Organizer

BBTF event is organized by Association of the Indonesia Tours & Travel Agencies (ASITA) BALI
Chapter which will be held in Bali International Convention Centre (BICC), for a B2B session.

BBTF 2026 Buyer’s Profile:

All registrants must undergo accreditation before confirmation as a Buyer Participants

Privileges Being Buyer under one (1) Company with two (2) participants – Sharing Room :

Entry 2 days Luncheon during OFFLINE TRAVEX on 29 May & 30 May 2026
Complimentary return airport transfer to official hotels at stipulated timing
Complimentary daily shuttles to/from official hotels, venue and official functions
Complimentary Accommodation (Room & Breakfast):
- International Buyer (Long-haul) from 27 May – 31 May 2026 (4 nights)
- International Buyer (Short-haul) and Domestic Buyer from 28 May – 31 May 2026 (3 nights)

Mandatory being Buyer under one (1) Company with two (2) participants – Sharing Room :

An administrative fee of IDR. 4,000,000.00 (Indonesian Currency) for second participant. Payment by credit card will be added a surcharge of 4% (Mastercard & visa logo only) NON-REFUNDABLE
During the event of BBTF buyers are not permitted to move to other hotel without informing the Committee priorly. Failure to informing BBTF Committee, it may cause your participation for next year BBTF will be considered.
Airline ticket will be on participant’s personal account.
Participating in all activities during BBTF 2026 event.
Attending Welcoming Dinner on 28th May 2026.
Each participant accomplish a minimum of 34 appointments by Pre Scheduled Appointment (PSA).

CANCELLATION:
• NON-REFUNDABLE administrative fee IDR. 4,000,000.00 for Offline Buyer applied 1 months prior to event
• NON-REFUNDABLE administrative fee IDR. 4,000,000.00 for Offline Buyer applied for NO SHOW BUYER

Force Majeure
In the case of conditions such as natural disasters, riots, pandemics, etc. – that cannot be avoided or overcome by all parties but are not limited to acts of God, war, government regulation, interests of the government, disaster, fires, strike, riot, embargo, battle, national disaster, civil disturbance or other similar causes beyond the capabilities or the threat of the parties, so it is not recommended, illegal, or impossible to conduct or organize the event;

The Committee is eligible to re-schedule or cancel the event due to the force majeure caused as stated above

Dress Code

All Buyers must wear business attire during BBTF event at BICC Nusa Dua, Bali
