BBTF event is organized by ASITA BALI Chapter, the event will be held at the Bali International Convention Centre (BICC), Nusa Dua, Bali for B2B session

BBTF 2025 Trade Buyer Profile:

All registrants as below must undergo accreditation before confirmation as a Trade Buyer Participants:
•⁠ ⁠Tour Operators
•⁠ ⁠Travel Agencies
•⁠ ⁠Event Organizers
•⁠ ⁠Wedding Organizers

BBTF 2025 Trade Buyer Term and Conditions :
•⁠ ⁠Local Tour Operators/Travel Agents (Bali based) must be offline Tour Operators/Travel Agents
•⁠ ⁠Domestic & Overseas must be Offline Tour Operators/Travel Agents and show up name card upon registration.

•⁠ ⁠Registration on site during TRAVEX: 12th - 13th June 2025

An Administration fee for Trade Buyer is IDR 1.000.000/person/day or IDR 2.000.000/person/2days WITHOUT Lunch, Inclusive of:
•⁠ ⁠Admission to Travex on 12th -13th June 2025 (Depends on your day choosen)
•⁠ ⁠Access to onsite appointment depends on Exhibitors availability time

Dress Code: All Trade Buyers must wear business attire during BBTF event at the Bali International Convention Centre (BICC), Nusa Dua, Bali
