Pre-Scheduled Appointment

Seller BBTF 2026

Before login PSA menu, please make sure that you have: 

• • • Settled the registration fees.
    • Completed the Fascia Name, Delegate’s name, and Promotion Tools.

PSA sessions will be open in two periods: 

• • 1st Period : 2nd May (06.00 pm Bali Local Time) – 9th May 2026 (11.00 pm Bali Local Time)

• • 2nd Period : 11th May (06.00pm Bali Local Time) -18th May 2026 (11.00pm Bali Local Time)
  • Each Seller account is allotted Max. 34 appointments.

Travex (Travel Exchange) Offline on 29th & 30th May 2026 : 

• • • Meeting Appointment duration time : 10 minutes
  • • Standby time : 10 minutes
  • • 1 x Daily Lunch break (1 hour) + 1 x Daily Coffee break (15 minutes)

PSA instructions : PSA should be arrange by a FULL DELEGATE ONLY 1. Log in to BBTF website (https://bbtf.co.id) > Input your Full Delegate WhatsApp number > Request Token > Input Token

2. Make sure to select Full Delegate option.

3. Click “PSA” menu on the left side

4. Choose the buyers from the Buyer Directory. The filter tool is used to search for selected buyers by category.

5. Click  “Make Appointment” button to view the buyer profile

NOTE:

• CANCEL :  To back and see another buyer list SEND REQUEST: send an appointment request to the selected buyer.

6. After the request Appointment successfully sent, the status will be changed from “make appointment to Requested”

7. PSA Request allows you to check the list of appointment requests from buyers

8. “Waiting Confirmation” button to accept or reject the buyer’s request

9. Every incoming appointment request is sent to the registered email address and Mobile Phone/WhatsApp number

• • Click the “View Appointment” link to Approve or Reject the buyer’s requests

10. How to approve an appointment Click the Buyer Name or logo to see the buyer profile > select approve (to confirm) or reject the appointment.

11. Click the “Result” button to check the outcome of your PSA session. PSA result status details : CONFIRM: Your appointment request has been received and confirmed by the selected buyer REJECT: Your appointment request has been received and rejected by the selected buyer NOT MATCHED: Your appointment request has been received by the selected buyer, but no time slot is available.
