Indonesia archipelago that is known for its beautiful beaches, cultural heritage, and natural beauty – a short flight away to eastern side of Bali island, you will landed in a stunning Lombok Island. 

During BBTF 2023 annual event, Lombok as one of  the priority destination of Indonesia will be presented for buyers from all over the world as an opportunity to learn more about Wonderful Indonesia. The highlight in Lombok now is about the special tourism zone located on the southern coast called Mandalika. 

This big commitment of Mandalika development is aimed for world-class eco-tourism destination that showcases the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the area while also promoting sustainable development and creating economic opportunities for the local community. It involves the construction and development has been designed to be environmentally responsible and sustainable, with a focus on preserving the natural beauty of the area and minimizing the impact on the environment. 

Mandalika has it all;Beautiful Beaches: Mandalika is home to several pristine and stunning beaches, such as Tanjung Aan Beach, Kuta Beach, and Selong Belanak Beach. These beaches are known for their

crystal-clear waters, powdery white sand, and picturesque scenery.

Cultural Heritage: You can visit traditional villages that showcase the local Sasak culture like Sukarara Village, where you can see traditional weaving techniques.

Cultural and Religious Festival: such as the Bau Nyale Festival, which celebrates the annual sea worm spawning in Lombok.  A unique community festival that celebrated by the villagers is held normally in March during the full moon.

Adventure Activities: There are many adventure activities to be enjoyed in Mandalika, such as surfing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. You can also take a boat tour around the nearby islands or go hiking in the surrounding hills.Further, one of the biggest international event is MotoGP Racing: Mandalika has set to host the MotoGP racing since 2021. The MotoGP circuit in Mandalika is exceptional and has been designed to blend with the natural landscape of the area, making it a must-visit destination for racing fans. Mark the new date for the MotoGP race in Mandalika has been confirmed to be on October 29, 2023, as announced by the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) and Dorna Sports, the commercial rights holder for the MotoGP World Championship.

Aside from the MotoGP, Mandalika has been developed as an eco-friendly tourism destination, aimed at providing visitors with an authentic cultural experience while also supporting the local community in balance with world celebrated events. “Mandalika is a unique and special destination that offers something for everyone, from beautiful beaches to adventure activities that includes the forthcoming Motor GP soon in October.
